Swish & Click Business Credit is a prepaid balance that can be redeemed against future orders across our full range of branded merchandise, corporate gifts, apparel, and bespoke production services. Credits can be used across multiple orders, partially or in full, offering flexibility for planned campaigns or ongoing procurement.
Credits are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase and are issued as a secure, unique balance that is reduced as orders are placed. Any remaining balance stays available until expiry and can only be redeemed for Swish & Click products and services.
All credit purchases are protected under EU consumer law, which we apply worldwide, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC). This includes a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused credits and clear, transparent conditions. VAT is charged on credit purchases where required by EU law; buyers without a valid EU VAT number will be charged VAT at the applicable rate, while VAT treatment for redeemed orders is determined at the time of use.

Business Credit is treated as a prepaid balance, not a final supply of goods or services. For this reason, VAT is not applied at the point of purchase.
VAT (including reverse charge where applicable) is calculated and applied only when your final order is confirmed and invoiced, based on the actual products, delivery location, and business details.
This ensures accurate pricing, correct VAT treatment, and full compliance for EU and international B2B orders. -
