    Custom teamwear

    What is sublimated teamwear?

    Kit printed by dye sublimation: heat turns the ink into a gas that bonds inside polyester fibres, so colours, names and numbers become part of the fabric. Every panel can carry your design.

    How long does custom teamwear take?

    Our specialist TrakiaX produces in about three weeks from design approval, four in high season, plus delivery. Stock kit usually ships 7 to 14 working days after artwork approval.

    Can every player have their own name and number?

    Yes. Names and numbers are produced exactly as you send them, keeping capitals, accents and leading zeros. You approve a 3D preview and a design sheet before production starts.

    Cotton soaks sweat up and holds it. A technical polyester knit spreads it out, so it evaporates faster.

    Fabrics and decoration

    Which fabric is best for running and training shirts?

    A technical polyester knit, such as waffle or bird's-eye interlock: light, breathable and quick to dry. Our training tees weigh 135 to 140 g/m², and the recycled options are GRS certified.

    What does moisture-wicking mean?

    The knit moves sweat away from the skin through tiny channels between the fibres and spreads it over the outside, where it evaporates faster. Polyester absorbs very little water, so it suits technical tees.

    Sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery: which suits sportswear?

    Sublimation dyes the fabric itself and suits all-over designs on polyester. Screen print and transfers sit on top, ideal for a logo on stock kit. Embroidery adds texture to polos and jackets.

    Sizing and care

    How do we size a squad of juniors and adults?

    Size juniors by height rather than age, and adults by chest, using each product's size chart. Many sets run from kids 4 to 16 up to 2XL or 3XL, so one design dresses the whole club.

    How should sportswear be washed?

    Follow the care label. As a rule, wash at 30 °C inside out, skip fabric softener, which can clog a technical knit, and air-dry rather than tumble dry. Never iron over prints.
