    Together with Hachenburger, the family brewery in Germany's Westerwald since 1861, we print your design all the way around a 5-litre party keg and fill it with award-winning beer. Design yours, choose the beer and pour the first glass.

    How it works

    1. Design

      Send your artwork for the full wrap. The brewery's design service with a 3D preview is available at extra cost.

    2. Sample and approve

      Ask for samples, then sign off the print proof.

    3. Print

      Kegs are printed in runs of at least 250 per design.

    4. Store

      The brewery keeps your printed kegs for up to 3 years.

    5. Fill and deliver

      Call off 50 kegs or more at a time and each batch is filled fresh. The first kegs are ready about 6 to 10 weeks after print approval.

    Beer contains alcohol and is supplied only to buyers of legal drinking age. Excise duty and delivery rules differ by country, so we confirm both with your quote.

    How Hachenburger brews the beer in your keg

    Since 1861 the Schneider family has brewed in Hachenburg, in Germany's Westerwald. Follow your beer from malt to keg: tap a station or let the brew run.

    Malt

    Malted barley is milled, so the brewer can reach the starch inside the grain.

    Mash

    Warm water and malt rest together while natural enzymes turn the starch into sugar.

    Lauter

    The sweet liquid, called wort, is drained through the grain bed until it runs clear.

    Boil

    The wort comes to the boil and the hops go in. Hachenburger brews with 100% aroma hops.

    Ferment

    Yeast turns the sugar into alcohol and gives the beer its natural sparkle.

    Mature

    Then comes patience: six weeks of maturing at minus 1 °C.

    Fill

    Fresh beer goes into your printed kegs, in batches of 50 or more, whenever you call them off.

    Each design is printed in a run of at least 250 kegs. They wait at the brewery for up to 3 years, and you call them off in batches of 50 or more. Plan your occasions and watch the run fill up.
