Custom Pens & Writing

The pen they borrow and never give back.

Every contract in Europe still ends with a pen, and the borrowed pen is the oldest trick in brand building. We supply custom pens and writing instruments across Europe in metal, bamboo and recycled barrels, engraved or printed, from boxed executive pens to kilometres of ink for the front desk.

    Ink & refills

    Ballpoint, gel or rollerball?

The ink decides how a pen feels. Take a pen apart, test four inks on the page and see how far a refill really writes.

    Take a pen apart

Tap the pen to pull it apart, then tap a part.

Clip The favourite branding spot, right at eye level.

Push button Click or twist: the mechanism that brings the tip out.

Barrel Plastic, recycled paper, aluminium or brass.

Spring Pushes the refill back in when you click again.

Refill Holds the ink. Swap it and the pen lives on.

Tip and ball A tiny ball, often tungsten carbide, rolls the ink onto the paper.

    The ink lab

Pick an ink and a colour, then watch it write.

Oil-based, viscous paste ink: a clean, even line and the classic all-rounder.

Water-based gel, usually with pigments: bold, vivid lines, even in metallic or pastel shades.

Water-based liquid ink that soaks deeper into paper, for a smooth wet-ink feel close to a fountain pen.

A graphite tip instead of ink: it draws a pencil-like line and needs no sharpening.

How far does a refill write?

One lap of a running track is 400 m. Pick a pen and count the laps.

    3laps1200 m

Write-outs are the makers' figures. Real distance depends on how you write.

    Ink for contracts

For signatures and official records, look for refills tested to ISO 12757-2 (DOC), the standard for documentary use. Ask us which refills qualify.

    Pens & Writing Instruments

The most underestimated object in business.

A pen travels desks, pockets and meeting rooms for months, and is judged every time it is picked up. Two decisions matter: how good, and how many.

    Lever one: the pen itself

ABS plastic · pad-printed logoFor counters, events and giveaway bowls. Used, shared, replaced.
Matte metal · printed or engravedThe sweet spot: easy to give widely, good enough to be kept.
Lacquered metal · laser-engravedFor clients and signings. Noticed first, then kept for years.

    Lever two: how many

300pens out in the world, all carrying your logo
Setup cost per pen heavy per penspreading thinbarely registers

Short run? Upgrade the pen: it costs the least extra here and changes the impression the most.

Good instinct: on a short run, the pen itself is the message.

Setup is now working hard. Many buyers add quantity here: the next pens are usually the cheapest of the order.

Quality at volume: the classic conference and campaign order. Ask us for the quantity breaks when you quote.

Every good pen gets tested. Go on.

    Scribble here

Put a pen and a number together.

Tell us the tier and the quantity you just played with. We reply with a proper quote and honest quantity breaks.
