    A5 (148 × 210 mm) suits desks and meetings; A6 (105 × 148 mm) fits a pocket or a conference bag. Ranges such as ALBA and CORAL come in both sizes, in matching colours.

    What is an ISO week number?

    ISO 8601 numbers the weeks from Monday to Sunday, and week 1 is the week with the year's first Thursday. Most years have 52 weeks, some have 53. 2026 is one of them: Friday 1 January 2027 still falls in week 53 of 2026, and week 1 of 2027 starts on Monday 4 January.

    Can a branded diary come in our language?

    Yes, within the editions on offer. HERA, a day-per-page A5 diary, lists nine languages, including English, Spanish, French, Italian, German and Catalan. SELKIS (B5) and KURTIS (A5) list eight, without German. We confirm the year and the language edition in your quote.

    What is a touch pointer on a pen?

    A soft, conductive tip at the end of the pen. It stands in for your fingertip on any capacitive touchscreen, so the same pen signs the paper and taps the tablet. KRUGER and BAUME both have one; on BAUME it matches the barrel colour.

    In Germany, writing instruments were the No. 1 promotional product group in the GWW Werbeartikel-Monitor 2024 (230 companies surveyed, 2023 business year).     Does US Letter paper fit an A4 folder?

    Letter (216 × 279 mm) is 6 mm wider and 18 mm shorter than A4 (210 × 297 mm), so check the width of the inside pockets. Ring binders are the bigger catch: US sheets are punched with 3 holes 108 mm apart, European ones with 2 holes 80 mm apart (ISO 838), and the two do not match.

    What is a conference folder?

    A folder that carries a notepad, a pen and loose papers to a meeting. SAMAR (A4) has a magnetic clasp, a detachable 30-sheet pad and four inside pockets; VELIZ (A4) zips all round and adds card slots; TARLY is the A5 version with an 80-sheet notebook. Your logo goes on the front cover.

    Yes, by sublimation: the design goes into the soft polyester surface in full colour, right to the edges. SIRA (22 × 18 cm, non-slip rubber base) can also be screen printed or transfer printed.

    What does FSC 100% mean?

    It is the FSC label that says all materials used come from responsibly managed, FSC-certified forests; FSC Mix and FSC Recycled are the other two labels.     Do children's stationery sets have to meet toy safety rules?

    Only if they are toys. An ordinary pencil set for school is stationery, but a set designed or intended for play by children under 14 falls under the EU toy rules: today Directive 2009/48/EC (CE marking, EN 71 standards), and from 1 August 2030 the new Toy Safety Regulation (EU) 2025/2509, which adds a digital product passport. Ask us for the supplier's documents for the exact item.

    What goes into a welcome pack for new starters?

    Is there a minimum order for branded stationery?

    It depends on the product. Many notebooks, diaries, pens and folders on this page state no minimum; other items have their own, which we confirm in your quote.

    How long does branded stationery take?

    Catalogue items usually ship 7 to 14 working days after artwork approval. Add delivery on top: at least 5 working days, more for islands or remote areas.

    Will I see a proof before production?

    Yes. We send a digital proof of your logo on the product, and production starts only once you approve it in writing.

    Can we mix colours or products in one order?

    Usually, yes: one logo across several colours, with minimums that may apply per colour or product. We confirm the split in your quote.

    What logo file do you need?

    A vector file (AI, EPS or vector PDF) for screen print, pad print, laser engraving and embroidery. Digital print, transfer and sublimation also accept a high-resolution image.

    Can you print in our exact brand colour?

    Screen and pad print use Pantone spot colours, the closest match. Full-colour print uses CMYK and the product colour shows through, so check the proof.

    What do FSC 100%, FSC Mix and FSC Recycled mean?

    FSC 100%: all materials from FSC-certified forests. FSC Recycled: 100% recycled material. FSC Mix: certified, recycled and controlled material. Ask us for the certificate details.

    Why don't you call products eco-friendly?

    Since 27 September 2026, Directive (EU) 2024/825 bans generic claims such as eco-friendly without recognised excellent environmental performance, and offset-based climate claims. We state the facts instead.

    Are phthalates restricted in pens and stationery?

    Yes. REACH Annex XVII, entry 51, limits DEHP, DBP, BBP and DIBP to below 0.1% of the plasticised material in articles since 7 July 2020; inks count. Ask us for the supplier's declaration.

    Which labels show recycled paper?

    Blue Angel (DE-UZ 14a) marks paper made from 100% recovered paper; FSC Recycled marks 100% recycled material. Germany's Federal Environment Agency puts recycled paper at about half the energy of virgin fibre.

    Do you deliver across Europe and to several addresses?

    Yes. We deliver to all 33 European markets and can split one order across several addresses. A local phone number for each recipient helps the courier deliver first time.

    Can you deliver to the UK, Switzerland or Norway?

    Yes. These deliveries clear customs, which adds days, and the receiver usually needs an EORI number. Under standard terms, import charges are paid by the receiver.
